- The purpose of this project is to recommend the most appropriate means of monitoring changes in the total physical risk of coastal hazards in the Bay of Plenty Region. In addition we will consider the means by which the effectiveness of the policy can be monitored in accordance with section 35(2) of the Resource Management Act.
