- Whangarei District Council (WDC) commissioned Tonkin & Taylor Ltd (T&T) to review and update the coastal erosion hazard zones (CEHZ's) covering the One Tree Point, Marsden Bay and Bream Bay coastline. The existing coastal erosion hazard zones (CEHZ) along the study area were originally established as a result of studies carried out in 1998 (Gibb, 1998).
