- Produced for Christchurch City Council Jacobs NZ Ltd were commissioned by Christchurch City Council (CCC) to undertake an operational review of the Sumner rock armour revetment from Cave Rock to Scarborough. The purpose of this review is for long-term strategic planning of maintenance requirements to the revetment to deal with both current and future conditions due to sea level rise because of climate change.
