- This Waikato-Tainui Environmental Plan, Tai Tumu Tai Pari Tai Ao (‘the Plan’), is developed out of Whakatupuranga 2050. Whakatupuranga 2050 is a long-term development approach to building the capacity of Waikato-Tainui1marae, hapuu, and iwi and will be a legacy for those who come after.
